Post Malone announces new album ‘F-1 Trillion’

  • by

Post Malone announced his sixth studio album, the country-themed “F-1 Trillion,” will arrive on Aug. 16.  Malone shared a picture of a sign in Nashville revealing the album’s title and car-themed logo. In the caption he wrote, “Sup motherfu**as…F-1 Trillion August 16th.”

F-1 Trillion will follow Malone’s previous LP, last year’s AUSTIN. The new record arrives after his collaborations with Taylor Swift on “Fortnight”, and his appearance with Beyoncé on “Levii’s Jeans,” as well his collaborative track with Morgan Wallen entitled “I Had Some Help.” Malone is also set to release “Pour me a Drink” with Blake Shelton on Friday.

Per Variety, Malone and Wallen have been holding the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100 for weeks with “I Had Some Help.” The country pop title is Malone’s second No. 1 single of the year since earning the No. 1 spot with Taylor Swift on “Fortnight” (the highest-charting single from Swift’s Billboard 200-topping “The Tortured Poets Department”).
